The apartment, private garden and parking space are for the exclusive use of registered guests only. Guests are kindly asked to respect the indoor spaces, outdoor areas and the condominium quiet hours. Events, parties and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; smoking is allowed only in the private garden.

Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
